Quin Cashion RTC, MEd
Personal Life Coach • Therapist • Speaker • Author
For as long as she can remember, Quinn Cashion has been drawn to the deeper layers of beauty and the human experience. Her journey began in the aesthetics and beauty industry, where she spent over a decade immersed in the power of self-care rituals, self-expression, and the quiet confidence that comes from feeling aligned—both inside and out.
This early work opened the door to a deeper inquiry: What does it truly mean to feel well?
That question has guided Quinn’s life’s work. With a calm presence and a holistic lens, she helps clients rediscover the wisdom within. Her unique blend of therapeutic and psycho-educational guidance supports individuals in restoring their psychological foundation—not by managing symptoms, but by exploring the core principles behind thought, emotion, and well-being.
Quinn is a Personal Life Coach, Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Author, and International Speaker, known for her ability to support a wide range of clients—from neurodivergent women and mothers navigating the evolving mother-daughter relationship, to couples and career-focused individuals seeking purpose and peace in a fast-paced world.
Her written works include It’s a Lipstick Life, a celebration of feminine resilience and change, and a Social and Emotional Living manual for young minds, created as part of a provincial initiative in British Columbia focused on eating disorder prevention. Her multi-tiered training approach for schools, educators, and families was featured in a research study published in the Journal of Child and Adolescent Behavior.
Today, Quinn’s work has come full circle. She creates spaces for reflection, renewal, and growth through personalized coaching, spa-integrated sessions, and her signature retreats.
Her approach is gentle and strong, helping others find clarity, deepen relationships, and build a legacy of inner luxury and real well-being.
