As a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, Life Coach, Speaker, and Author, Quinn specializes in bridging the inner worlds of spirituality and psychology through an understanding of the principles behind our state of mind. Her work is rooted in a holistic approach that honors both emotional insight and spiritual depth.
Quinn is the author of It’s a Lipstick Life and a manual for Social and Emotional Living for young minds. Her work has been featured in a research project published in the Journal of Child and Adolescent Behavior, contributing to the advancement of resilience in youth. She also played a pivotal role in a provincial prevention initiative for eating disorders in B.C. schools, designing a multi-tiered training approach for educators, counsellors, and parents to support both students and the health of the helper.
